8 Figure Dream Lifestyle was an MLM gifting pyramid scheme launched in 2017.

Alex Dee, one of three scammers arrested in connection to  the 8 Figures Dream Lifestyle has pled guilty to committing wire fraud on July 30th 2024. Sentencing, including restitution is to be scheduled at a later.

His co-conspirators Brian Kaplan and Jerry Maurer had already pled guilty. 8 Figure Dream Lifestyle criminal charges follow civil regulatory action from the FTC in 2019. The FTC’s case was settled for $31.9 million in 2020.

At sentencing, Dee faces a maximum 20 year sentence, restitution and maximum $250,000 fine.  Dee has also plead deal for a DOJ recommendation for a reduced sentence.
